Sleep & Learning

Reflection: Sleep & Learning 

 1. How does sleep effect your learning? 
2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?
3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?

1. Brain gets information during the day. Then during the night when students sleep brain memorizes the information. More sleep time will also help memory stuffs really fast.
2 I get 6.30 or 7.30 hour sleep each night. I think it's not enough. I do feel tired in the morning. I wake up in the morning and I will go back to sleep even for 5-10 min. 
3. It's not up to me changing it because I spend my time to do my homework and house works after school everyday.I can't go to sleep early. But during the weekends I'll go to sleep little bit early and I woke up late.
